Although his body is same as others, since he can't get sleep with his uncomfortable heart, he calls himself a handicapper.

8 years ago, he went Guryongpo to scuba dive with 25 handicappers. One of them told him that he wanted to get into the water. To scuba dive, a healthy person should be trained for about 15 days, so Mr. Kim taught him by himself. While he was being taught in the 6m deep water pool, he really liked to get into the deep water, usually he dislike even taking bath at home though.

   
 
Mr. Kim said that he saw some handicappers were crying because they were touched by seeing themselves to scuba dive. When Mr. Kim met the handicappers was at the meeting with a social welfare assistant 11 years ago. After he met the handicappers in person, he realized that their living was just terrible itself. Some couldn't go out because their wheel chairs were broken, and some couldn't have 3 meals per day. Finally, Mr. Kim decided to offer Samgyetang for the handicappers. When Mr. Kim was his fifth grade, he lost his father, and it was really hard to keep everyday living for him. When he was about to enter the junior highschcool, although the tuition was just 1,000 won, he couldn't go to school.
   
 

Instead of that, he did whatever he can get the money including a Jajangmyun delivery at a local Chinese restaurant, a shoeblack and a gum seller at a coffee shop. This tough life made today's Mr. Kim. He is saying that he can do tougher work since he can see people who spend harder days than he had. It has been just 7 or 8 years since he earn enough money. So, he offers Samgyetang, and teaches the scuba diving to the handicappers twice a week these days.
   
 

Since he delivers the dishes with his own special events, he has lots of regular customers in his store. Once there was a customer in LA ordering Samgyetang sauce, he delivered it by airmail service. He insists that he will deliver everywhere in the world. If he has a dream, I must be having scuba diving with the handicappers at the top of Mt. Baekdo. The real nice guy who likes social welfare assistants, Mr. Kim, Chang-Min. He says he is happy because he can help others when he spends time with these social welfare assistants. There is no doubt he is really beautiful and happy person in this world.
